SCADPLUS is now called Summaries of EU Legislation. The example noted for finding EU regulations on labeling of "organix" food is basically the same except the the specific category is now called "Production and labelling of organic products." (See page 184.)

Section III.E.3. European Union: Research Strategies and Information Sources, Finding National Implementing Laws

To find national implementing legislation using the free EUR-LEX system, search the directive by name or number.  From the record for the directive, click on the “Bibliographic Notice” link.  Next, scroll down to the line that reads “Display the national implementing measures.”  You will retrieve a list of EU member states with links to the citations—not the full texts—of their implementing measures. (See page 186.)
