Payment
Pre-payment is required for all orders. We accept checks or Visa and Mastercard.
California residents only: Please add sales tax at the rate of 8.25%
Please make your check or money order payable to: UC Regents
Credit Cards
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please fill out all the information on the order form and fax it to us.
Shipping
We ship all domestic orders UPS ground: $6 first book, $2 each additional.
International Orders
International shipping is billed at cost; you must contact us before you order to determine actual shipping cost. Customer is responsible for all customs duties.
Discounts
- 20% discount for purchase of 50 or more books in one order
- 10% discount for purchase of 15-49 books in one order
Please note: As our hardcover prices are low, we cannot afford to offer more substantial discounts to wholesalers.
Returns
Books may be returned for full credit or exchange if:
- purchase order has expired
- customer has canceled order
- book was ordered or shipped in error
- incorrect purchase order was used
- book is defective
Copies of original purchase order(s) must accompany all returns.
