Each chapter discuss the parameters and vagaries of electronic research in their fields of expertise. They set out basic strategies to find international legal materials and examine what resources are available on international environmental, economic and criminal law, private international law, human rights, treaties, international organizations, and the United Nations.

ILDC is a regularly updated repository of domestic cases in international law from over 60 jurisdictions. The cases are selected by local reporters and feature expert commentary, full texts of judgments in their original language, and translations of key passages of non-English judgments into English.

This tutorial is designed to teach students research strategies and methodology for researching both print and electronic sources of international legal materials. It includes short review questions and a final set of review questions to give students an understanding of how these materials are organized, and to teach them how to locate international legal documents such as treaties, agreements and the documentation of international organizations.

This database provides access to all types of official United Nations documentation, beginning in 1993. Since older UN documents are added to the system on a daily basis, be sure to search the collection.
