A thorough researcher will search journal indexes in order to find articles on the topic, see Index to Legal Periodicals (ILP), Legal Resource Index (LRI), Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals (IFLP), Legal Journals Index (LJI), and Current Index to Legal Periodicals (CILP).
