LexisNexis and Westlaw

LexisNexis and Westlaw provide access to newspapers, journal articles, and some treaties and agreements. Generally, there is not a lot of information on human rights available from these databases. LexisNexis provides access to the European Human Rights Reports from 1960 and Westlaw provides access to ICJ,  ICTY, and ICTR cases.

Web Based Translators

These free sites can provide a quick and dirty translation of a web page in another language. These translations should not be relied upon for accuracy, but they will give you an idea of what the page is about. Simply cut and paste the text or url for a translation from one language to another.
