History and documents on US constitutional law. There is an extensive section on the Supreme Court with decisions published since volume 150 of the US Reports. The years of these decisions are from 1893 to the present time. For the current term cases are listed by the date of oral argument. Each case has a summary of the issues presented, the lower court decisions and briefs, as they become available. There are already a number of briefs posted for cases that will be argued later in the year.
