Ballot Pamphlets and Voter Information Guide
The California Secretary of State maintains an archive of Ballot Pamphlets and Voter Information Guides from March 1996 to the present.
California Ballot Propositions
Includes information for California Ballot Propositions from 1884 to present. Updates follow every California election involving ballot measures. The Description includes the bolded number of the proposition, the title(s) for the ballot measures as printed as the heading in the voter pamphlet and any additional popular or alternative names of acts are listed in parenthesis. Finally, the statutes and bill numbers are included for ballot measures created by legislative effort.
California Ballot Propositions 1911- Present (UC Hastings Law Library)
Include full text of propositions accompanying material contained in the ballot pamphlets, related legal and legislative history, and digital images of the ballot pamphlets.

Provides an index of each section of the Constitution, codes and uncodified laws affected by measures introduced. The table is arranged by codes and the Constitution listed in alphabetical order. The Table of Sections Affected is cumulative.
