The most efficient way of obtaining technical support is to send an email to studentcomputing@law.berkeley.edu. A technical support staff team monitors technical support questions throughout the day and you will receive a timely response and be routed to staff who are best able to help you with your particular issue.

Laptop Support

The law school also offers laptop support appointments and on a limited walk-in basis. A detailed summary of laptop support services can be found here.

Students may also use the online appointment page to schedule appointments for their laptop problems.

Student Computing Documentation

Policies, FAQs and How-To's are collected each year in the Student Computing Handbook. A Computing Update is also created each year for returning students to summarize and highlight changes in the Boalt computing world.
