The Making of Modern LawThe Law Library has recently acquired The Making of Modern Law (MOML): MOML is a fully searchable collection of 19th and 20th century British Commonwealth and American law that includes 14,900 titles covering the 19th century and 7,100 titles covering 1900-1926. It comprises a wide range of legal treatises, casebooks, local practice manuals, form books, pamphlets, letters, speeches, and other historical legal works, some of which are extremely rare. The database preserves illustrations, hand-written notes, etc. For more information about MOML, see the Gale/Thomson information page. Below are just a few examples of material available in MOML:
