2006: Carl Gustafson, Outgoing Internet Editor for ELQ: Mr. Gustafson worked with Earthjustice in Denver, CO.
2004: Liz Rumsey, Served as Articles Editor for ELQ: Ms. Rumsey spent her summer with the Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development, in their European Office located in Geneva, Switzerland. The Institute is an nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the theory and practice of governance for sustainable development, and works actively to support a range of actors- including developing country government, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations- to play a more effective role in building the rules and institutions required to move human societies onto more just and sustainable development pathways.
2003: Skye Stanfield, Served as Executive Editor for ELQ: Ms. Stanfield spent her summer with Earth Rights International, in their Southeast Asia office. ERI is a nonprofit group of activists, organizers, and lawyers with expertise in human rights, the environment, and corporate and government accountability.
2002: Kevin Golden, Served as Articles Editor for ELQ: Mr. Golden spent his summer with Communities for a Better Environment, a 20,000 member California-based environmental justice and health organization, on a number of citizen suits involving Proposition 65, California's Safe Drinking Water Act.
