Writing Awards

In furtherance of our Mission, ELQ proudly sponsors three annual writing awards for original student work.  The Ellis J. Harmon Prize ($2,000) is awarded for the most accomplished research paper in environmental law and policy. The Alvin & Sadie Landis Prizes ($500 each) are awarded for the most accomplished research papers in water law and government law.
