Guac Fest!

As a quarterly journal, ELQ publishes four times a year.
(...get it?)

So on 4 happy occasions--each time we lovingly kick another issue out the door--we celebrate in style by throwing a Guac Fest for the entire school.

Beer, guacamole, and salsa abound twice during fall and twice during spring. The scale of guac is frightening, as ELQ goes through almost 40 avocados to supply the school with free guacamole.
