Our Mission
The mission of
the Ecology Law Quarterly is to provide
a forum for environmental legal scholarship through
the publication of high quality writing, to sustain and
strengthen the environmental law program at Boalt Hall,
to encourage student writing, and to foster a diverse, welcoming
and inclusive social and academic community.
