Post Conference Comments
This conference was a tremendous success! We wish to thank the
speakers, sponsors
and participants for their engaging and lively contributions to the event. Over the
span of three days,
we heard from many perspectives about the current understanding of Article 2B and how it
it might interact with intellectual property and other federal policies should it be
adopted in its current form. There was no shortage of drama as divergent
perspectives were presented and discussed.
It is our hope that the ideas presented at this event and included in the written materials
will be a valuable resource to those addressing
the future of Article 2B and other information law proposals
this summer and in the years to come.
