For the purpose of registration, non-profit includes academic, government and other non-profit organizations.

The registration fee includes:

  • Conference proceedings
  • Catered lunch and evening reception on Friday

Refunds, less a $50 non-refundable processing fee, will be made for cancellations received by February 23, 2001.

For our out of area attendees, we have information on local hotels, parking at the conference site and directions to the Andersen Auditorium at the Haas School of Business.
