Evidence: Cases, Commentary, and Problems
Aspen Publishers, Inc., 2003

This site is designed to accompany Evidence:  Cases, Commentary, and Problems. The expandable Table of Contents shows the book's coverage and contains hyperlinks to full-text versions of most of the excerpted cases, as well as to pertinent sites elsewhere on the web.  The Table of Cases lists all cases excerpted or cited in the casebook; it also links to the full-text versions of the excerpted cases.  The Problems section contains review questions from the book, organized by chapter.  The Links section lists general web resources related to the study of evidence law, including full-text versions of the Federal Rules of Evidence, the California Evidence Code, and other state rules of evidence.

Recently added: Click here for edited versions of the opinions in Davis v. Washington, the Supreme Court's June 2006 ruling on hearsay and the Confrontation Clause.  Click here for a printable, pdf file, and here for the full opinions.
