Erin Clarke came to Boalt after 15 years of practice in both the public and private sector. Most recently, she worked in the areas of trademark and copyright law with Owen, Wickersham & Erickson. Prior to joining Owen, Clarke practiced business litigation with a San Francisco firm, and coordinated the lawyer referral service for California Lawyers for the Arts, a non-profit organization helping artists of all disciplines with legal issues.
