New Faculty Joins CCELP: Eric Biber

Eric Biber comes to us from EarthJustice and the University of Denver, College of Law. He clerked for Judge Judith Rogers (US Court of Appeals, DC Circuit), Judge Carlos Lucero (US Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit), and Shute, Mihaly & Weinberger of San Francisco. He received his BA summe cum laude in government from Harvard, his masters in environmental science from Yale's School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, and his JD from Yale Law School. Eric's teaching and research interests include environmental law, administrative law, public lands and natural resources law, law and science, and land use law.
