Mellon Sawyer Seminar

The Center for the Study of Law and Society has received a grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, in its Sawyer Seminar Program, for the proposal "The Dilemmas of Judicial Power in Comparative Perspective." The CSLS Sawyer Seminar will take place in 2007-2008 with Gordon Silverstein (Political Science) as Principal Investigator, and Robert A. Kagan (Political Science and Law), Malcolm F. Feeley (Jurisprudence and Social Policy, School of Law) and Martin Shapiro, as co-principal investigators.
