You can really tell the semester is underway at Boalt and that "conference season" is in full swing. Boalt and UC professors convened for a timely and in-depth look at Governing and Living in a Time of Terror: Law Beyond 9/11. This Friday features a day-to-night double header of events honoring venerable members of the Boalt community: Professor Harry Scheiber will be feted at a day-long symposium, and in the evening we celebrate the naming of the Honorable Thelton E. Henderson Center for Social Justice at a sold-out dinner gala.
The energy from these festivities should carry us right into the All-Alumni Reunion on September 30. If you haven't already signed up for this chance to reconnect with friends and faculty, there's still time. Check out the reunion website for all the info.
