Keys
Keys to buildings or rooms in the law school complex can be requested by sending an email to #keys@law.berkeley.edu.
When sending an email to request keys, please be sure that the email:
- Comes from a supervisor or faculty member (or Student Services staff person for keys for students) authorized to approve key distribution
- States explicitly to whom the key should be assigned
- Contains a cc: to the person to whom the key will be assigned
Please allow a minimum of one day turnaround from the time we receive your emailed request before keys will be available. Keys requested at the beginning or end of semesters or keys that must be re-cut may take longer to provide. We will notify you via email as soon as the key(s) are available.
Our office is located in 192 Boalt Hall. Keys are distributed between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., Monday through Friday, or by appointment. Wendy Patillo, the Keys Manager, can also be reached at 510-642- 5551.
