Course Mailing Lists
Course Mailing Lists are provided at the beginning of each semester.
The lists are automatically generated from campus registration information and will not automatically include
any students that are not officially registered at Boalt Hall.
Examples of missing students may include Consortium students, student auditors, or undergraduates.
You can view and update your course mailing lists here: Course Mailing List
Management If you intend to use the course mailing lists, please verify that your students are all receiving messages to the list. The mailing lists are locked down so that only the instructor(s) of the course, the FSU, and Student Services are able to send to the list. If you want additional allowed senders or want particular students added to or removed from the mailing list, please contact Information Systems and Technology.
If you receive a bounceback message from Postmaster when you try to send to the list, please forward the bounceback message to IS&T. Some bounceback messages indicate that you are not correctly added as the allowed sender and others are a result of problems with a recipient's email account. Forwarding IS&T the bounceback will help in diagnosing and solving the problem.
