OFF-CAMPUS EVENTS
The contract review process is changing! Until decisions have been made by central campus about how to manage these actions in a BearBuy environment, please send your off-campus entertainment and event contracts and agreements to Business Services. Jeff Kent will facilitate the required review and authorization from the most appropriate campus office for your event type. Jeff can also help you with all other aspects of your off-campus event.
BEARBUY
Use of the BearBuy Off Campus Events form is restricted to the Business Services and Event Services groups until the review process has been finalized by central campus.
EVENT REGISTRATION WEBSITES
You have two options for hosting your online event registration - credit card payments must be submitted through one of these third-party card payment acceptance merchants:
- Wufoo.com – no charge per transaction, merchant fees assessed by the cardholder’s bank are paid by Business Services
- RegOnline – a fee for each transaction charged to the event host’s chartstring, no merchant fees
Contact Business Services for help with designing and posting your online registration web pages. Credit card payments accepted via your registration site will be processed for deposit to your designated event chartstring by Business Services.
