Claims of Non Receipt
Contact the Publications Coordinator to file a claim of non receipt.

Domestic subscriptions - claims must be made to the Publications Coordinator by email within 90 days from mailing date of the issue(s).

International subscriptions - claims must be made to the Publications Coordinator by email within 180 days from mailing date of the issue(s).

For claims received after these periods, the established back-issue rate will be charged for replacement issues. For pricing, refer to the subscription rate schedule.
