Faculty
Reflecting the broad interdisciplinary nature of environmental law, Berkeley Law's environmental law faculty includes six lawyers (Caron, Farber, Harris, Peterson, Sax, and Spaulding), an economist and lawyer (Menell), a political scientist and lawyer (Kagan), and a legal historian (Scheiber), as well as three adjunct faculty members who are practicing lawyers (Infelise, Popovic, and Rossmann).
