Non Discrimination Policy

It is the firm expectation of the Berkeley Law Career Development Office that employers will observe the principles of nondiscrimination and equality of opportunity.

It does not make its services, interviewing facilities, or jobs posting database available to employers who discriminate in the selection of employees on the basis of national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law. A limited exception to this policy exists for military recruiters but only insofar as their employment and hiring practices are permitted under federal law.
