Boalt Women Alumni Among California's Trial Elite

The Daily Journal has named 11 Boalt graduates among its Top 75 Women Litigators in California. In its June 1 issue, the leading California legal publication recognized the women for working to expand their roles inside and outside the courtroom, and for serving as influential catalysts for change. The Daily Journal reviewed more than 200 nominations for the annual award, which recognizes the victories of women attorneys and celebrates the advancements of women in law.The newspaper selected the leading women litigators based on their major victories in the past year, leadership within their practice area, and contribution to the legal profession. A ceremony and reception was held on May 31 in Los Angeles to honor the recipients.
