Empirical Research Methods Workshops
CSLS MINI-SERIES ON EMPIRICAL RESEARCH METHODS 2012-2013
A popular series of video-taped methodology seminars presenting aspects of empirical research methods by and for legal and socio-legal scholars, with 3-4 workshops each year on a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. To view the podcasts and other materials from previous workshops (2008-12), click on the links below. For the abstract on any of the workshops in the mini-series, click on the seminar title.
Three workshops are scheduled for 2012-2013. (more info soon) The workshops are free but registration is necessary and takes place about 4-5 weeks before the workshop.
Friday, November 16, 2012. The first workshop for 2012-2013 was "The Spatial Model of Voting: Theory and Empirics" and was led by Kevin Quinn, Professor of Law, Berkeley Law.
