Phone Support


To request phone support, including to report a broken phone or to reset a voicemail password, please email with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Room number
  • Description of problem
  • Description of phone, if applicable (ex. Meridian 9-button display phone, Panasonic without display, etc.)
  • the UC Berkeley property ID number of the phone, if applicable (listed on a sticker on the back or side of the phone)


If you only need to have a phone line moved (i.e., you do not need any furniture or computers moved), please email with the names, room numbers, and phone numbers of those being moved. If you need to have other items moved as well, please refer to Facilities Services' Moves web page.


If you would like to order any phone-related items, including phones, phone lines, voicemail, and extension cords, please email with the following information. Please make sure you obtain the approval of the appropriate supervisor before sending the order email.
