Submitting Approved Timesheets

  • Boalt and Simon Halls - use the secure courier mailbox located in the stairwell behind the donor wall between the Registrar’s Office and the Law Library for daily, direct delivery of approved timesheets to the Payroll Specialist.This courier service is managed by Director of Operations, Gar Russell.
  • 2850 Telegraph Avenue - place approved timesheets in the Payroll mail slot located in the 5th floor copy room or bring timesheets directly to the Payroll Specialist’s office in Room 565.
  • Campus mail - send to the Payroll Specialist, 2850 Telegraph Avenue, Suite 500, # 7220.
  • Fax - no cover sheet necessary, fax to 510/642-5818.
  • Email - in an emergency, supervisors may send a message to Tanis Cowlah (tcowlah@law.berkeley.edu) with the employee’s name, number of hours worked, and amount of leave used during the current pay period.  An approved timesheet should still be submitted as soon as possible.
