Every member of the campus community should be aware that UC Berkeley is strongly opposed to sexual harassment and that such behavior is prohibited by law and by University policy.
- The Title IX Compliance Office monitors and evaluates campus efforts to meet requirements of the 1972 federal legislation which prohibits all forms of sex discrimination in educational institutions that receive federal funding.
