INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS: BEST PRACTICES IN LAW & MANAGEMENT

This accelerated Law & Management 8-day training program will cover the essential topics that today's international corporate counsel need to engage effectively in the strategic planning, negotiation and deal structuring of international business transactions. It is especially suitable for executives or legal counsel of multi-national firms that are establishing an offshore branch, expanding into international markets, or engaged in cross-border transactions. Participants will earn a Certificate of Completion from Berkeley Law IELE. Note: enrollment is limited, and by application only.
