Andrea Lampros
Andrea Lampros is the fellowship coordinator and
communications manager for the Human Rights Center. She recruits and supports
UC students applying for HRC Fellowships, serves as a liaison to human
rights organizations and to UC campuses participating in the program, and organizes
fellowship-related events throughout the year. She also manages the Human
Rights Center’s communications and media work, which includes social media and
development. Andrea is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Journalism School and has
spent more than a decade working as a newspaper reporter, magazine editor, and
freelance writer. Prior to joining the Human Rights Center, she worked on the
marketing and communications team at Berkeley’s University Relations. She has
three children and lives in Berkeley.
