Justice Eliezer Rivlin, Deputy President of the Supreme Court of Israel.

Justice Rivlin is the Fall 2011 Scholar-in-Residence at Berkeley Institute for Jewish Law and Israeli Law, Economy and Society, and at the Berkeley Program in Law and Economics. Rivlin began his judicial career in 1976, was appointed to the Israeli Supreme Court in 2000,and was named deputy president of the court in 2006. Rivlin is an expert in tort law and constitutional law, subjects on which he teaches and writes.
