Advocacy Fellow

In partnership with the Advocacy Skills Competition Program, the center is accepting applications for an Advocacy Fellow.

Research Fellows

The center offers year-long research fellow positions. These positions are available to qualified third year law students, to post-J.D. graduates, and to practicing attorneys. For current students the fellowships are available on either a an academic credit or stipend basis. Research fellows will have three principal responsibilities: preparing a publishable article on California constitutional law, contributing to the center website, and assisting in center operations.

Applications must include a cover letter expressing the applicant’s reason for applying, a resume, a current academic transcript (for current students), and a recent writing sample on constitutional law. Applications are considered on a rolling basis. Submit applications as a PDF here.
