After a brief overview of what the SV market is like, Mr. Escher offered a provocative take as to how the economic recovery is shaping the current legal job market in Silicon Valley. In addition, he had some interesting insights into some of the factors that drive hiring decisions (e.g., you need not have an IP-related degree or background to land an IP litigation position). He also offered a series of suggestions for successfully interviewing.
