Berkeley Law will present a symposium on the U.S. legal and regulatory response to the financial crisis and near-collapse of Wall Street. Scholars, practitioners and policymakers will discuss consumer protection, venture finance, mortgage markets, mutual funds, and more.
The event, “Financial Regulatory Reform: Dodd-Frank and Beyond,” is co-sponsored by Berkeley Law’s Berkeley Business Law Journal and the Berkeley Center for Law, Business and the Economy.
