2009 Fall On-Campus Interview Program (OCIP)
The 2009 Fall On-Campus Interview Program will be held from Monday, August 24 through Wednesday, September 9. In the Fall OCIP, employers can choose to interview 2L, 3L or LLM students. The Fall OCIP is 100% lottery. Employers do not pre-screen students prior to the OCIP. Students bid for employer interviews during the first week of classes. Then, the Career Development Office schedules students for each employer. Employers receive their interview schedules and resumes electronically about 3-5 days prior to the scheduled interview.

2009 Spring On-Campus Interview Program (OCIP)
The 2009 Spring On-Campus Interview Program will be held from February 9 through February 25.
Our Spring Program is structured slightly differently from our Fall Program. As in the Fall Program, employers are invited to interview Berkeley Law students at the nearby Hotel Durant and students use b-Line, Berkeley Law's on-line recruiting system, to research employers. However, for Spring OCIP, student apply for interviews and employers are then able to pre-screen applicants, inviting those they are interested in to interview. In the spring, employers may interview 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year students, as well as LL.M., JSD, and JSP students.
